Photoshop CC/Lightroom 5

Has anyone upgraded to Photoshop CC/Lightroom 5 on Adobe's new Creative Cloud platform? If so, what do you think of the new software and is it worth upgrading?

Also considering but only because it's on offer at just less than £9/m for at least 12 months. I was on to Adobe today and it's possible that the offer price will continue beyond the 12 months but of course no guarantee.
Also there is a one day offer today for LR5 at 50% discount. but LR5 comes with CC.
Benefit for CC is is that you will always get the updates whilst you had membership.
One thing I haven't figured out yet is if you sign on for CC and download and install you don't need to be online to use it so what happens when your 12 months are up?
